Gamblers Anonymous

OPGR believes that community-based recovery groups can have a strong positive impact in people’s lives. OPGR is not affiliated with any specific community-based groups. However, Gamblers Anonymous is the only gambling-specific, research-based, community, self-help program. Gamblers Anonymous does have a spiritual foundation and OPGR supports community members in choosing any self-help program that is right for them. There are other self-help community groups that incorporate problem gambling into their programs.
